By using the website ua-eu.org (hereinafter “the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. General provisions

1.2. The Site administration reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect from the moment it is published.

3.2. The following is prohibited:

• using the Site to distribute spam, viruses or malicious software;

• breaching the applicable legislation of Ukraine.

4.1. The Administration is not liable for:

• any errors or inaccuracies in the materials;

• losses caused by the use of, or the inability to use, the Site;

• the content of external resources to which links may be provided.

5.1. Use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Final provisions

6.1. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
