On 23–24 October 2026 the civil society organisation «Альянс національних спільнот „Європейська Коаліція“» will hold the II International Forum for the Unity of National Communities of Ukraine «Ми різні, але ми єдині» (“We are different, but we are one”) — one of the key platforms for inter-ethnic dialogue, partnership building and discussion of the issues that matter to Ukraine’s national communities.
Who attends the Forum
The Forum traditionally brings together:
- representatives of national communities;
- national and local government bodies;
- international organisations and the diplomatic corps;
- civil society;
- the academic community and expert circles.
The event aims to strengthen cooperation between all stakeholders, to share experience and best practice, and to develop common approaches to the current challenges in inter-ethnic relations.
What we will discuss
The Forum programme will cover:
- developing inter-ethnic dialogue;
- protecting the rights of national communities;
- social cohesion;
- preserving cultural diversity;
- integration and wider opportunities for cooperation between state institutions, civil society and international partners.
