DANIEL GUÉGUEN

With nearly 40 years of experience in EU public affairs, Daniel Guéguen is founder and Head of Strategy and Lobbying of PACT European Affairs. In 1996 he created CLAN Public Affairs and the European Training Institute. Before this, Daniel was proofread my paper Head of the European sugar industry and Secretary General of COPA-COGECA, the EU farmers’ union lobby. Daniel Guéguen is a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges as well as at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and previously at Georgetown University and Harvard Kennedy School. He is a renowned author of 15 books translated into 20 languages. Recent publications include: “Comitology: Hijacking European power” (2010), “Handbook on EU Secondary Legislation” (2012), “Reshaping European Lobbying” (2013) and « The New Practical Guide to the EU Labyrinth » (2015).

DOMINIKA TONDERA

Dominika has been working as consultant at PACT since its creation end 2011. Before joining, she gained professional experience in EU affairs at the Belgian Council Presidency and at CLAN Public Affairs/ European Training Institute (ETI).

Dominika studied Translation (with a major in Simultaneous Interpreting) at the University of Vienna and in 2010 completed a Master in European Interdisciplinary Studies at the College of Europe in Natolin/Warsaw, where she specialised in the European Neighbourhood Policy and EU’s relations to post-Soviet states in particular. Dominika is an Austrian-Polish national. She speaks German, Polish, French, English, Russian and Spanish.
